    25 minute wait for them to give me an incorrect order . At that point I’m past having time for them to re-create it. The staff here used to be extremely professional and friendly and prompt but the newest turnover is a total disaster. The girl at the window this morning was delusional . I appreciate that you can order your food and drinks through the mobile app to pick up but if you use a reusable cup this is not an option. No one has time to plan for a 25 minute wait for coffee.
